Who Am I?
My name is Jake Scott, and fitness has been a part of my life for the past 13 years. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for combining strength training and endurance work to build a well-rounded, resilient body. At 27, I joined the British Army, where I’ve had the privilege of helping soldiers and friends improve their physical fitness, strength, and resilience as an All Arms Physical Training Instructor.

During my time in the military, I’ve gained invaluable experience in training methodologies, injury prevention, and sustainable fitness practices. This experience has shaped my approach to fitness, balancing strength, mobility, and endurance while focusing on long-term health.
I created Scott Fitness Training because I know what it feels like to be stuck. To look in the mirror and not recognise the man staring back. To want more, but not know where to start. This brand isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about becoming unshakable.

My long-term mission is to open a health & performance centre focused on full-spectrum wellness, fitness, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle. But for now, I’m bringing those same values online, one program and one man at a time.
