I’m Jake Scott.

A dad, a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army, and a CIMSPA-registered Level 3 Personal Trainer. Holding people accountable and getting them physically capable is literally my profession, it’s what I’ve do in the Army, and for myself for over 13 years. How is this different from just using AI or a free programme?+
AI can write you a great plan. It can’t notice when you’ve gone quiet for two weeks, can’t put real people around you, and can’t keep you accountable when motivation drops. The programmes are sorted — what you’re really paying for is following through.
Can I change the programmes?+

How much time do I need each week?+
Most people train 3–4 hours a week total. Sessions are efficient — usually 45 minutes to an hour, with 30-minute options for tight weeks. This isn’t built for people who live in the gym.
