Who am I?

My name is Jake Scott, your future coach.

I’m a dad, a physical training instructor in the British Army, a CIMSPA-registered level 3 Personal Trainer, and a few other things not worth mentioning.

But really, I’m just a guy with a love and a passion for fitness. I want to help more men and women get in the best shape of their life and feel great again.

I enjoy bodybuilding, running, and looking to get involved in more competitions in the future. My favourite film is Forrest Gump, but I am partial to romcoms & superhero movies too. Can’t go wrong with a good action film!

I first started lifting at 16, after a youthful football career, and fell in love instantly. It was therapeutic.

Everything changed when my daughter, Rosie, was born.
She gave me a reason to raise my standards, not just for her, but for myself.
