Who am I?
My name is Jake Scott, your future coach.
I’m a dad, a physical training instructor in the British Army, a CIMSPA-registered level 3 Personal Trainer, and a few other things not worth mentioning.
But really, I’m just a guy with a love and a passion for fitness. I want to help more men and women get in the best shape of their life and feel great again.

Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, you will need a gym membership for this strategy to work.
How much time do I need each week for this to work?
Most clients train 3–4 hours per week total. That’s it. Sessions are efficient, focused, and designed to fit around work, family, and real life. Your average session will be between 45 minutes and an hour. Never longer. This is not built for people who live in the gym.
How many days per week do I need to train?
Typically 3–4 days per week. If your schedule is tight, we can make real progress on 3 days.
Will I need to do cardio?
Yes, but intelligently. Cardio is used as a tool, not a punishment. That might be walking, running, cycling, conditioning circuits, or sport. Depending on your goals and preferences. No endless treadmill sessions unless you want them. Your programme is designed around YOU. If you don’t like cardio, you won’t do it!
Can I still go out for food at the weekends?
Yes. This isn’t a “never eat out again” programme. You’ll learn how to make sensible choices, manage portions, and enjoy life without undoing a week of hard work.
Sustainability beats perfection every time. Everything in moderation!
What if my schedule changes week to week?
That’s normal, life is unpredictable. Your plan is flexible, not rigid. If your work shifts, kids get sick, or life throws a curveball, we adapt the training, not scrap the whole week. A 20-minute session is better than nothing! As a father myself, I’ve got back-up plans for my back-up plans.
What happens if I miss a session?
You don’t “fail”. We either reschedule, adjust the week, or move on. Progress comes from consistency over time, not from never missing a workout. There is always time to catch up.

Most programmes fail because they’re generic, unrealistic, and offer no accountability.

What age range is this coaching for?
Most clients are between 25 to 50, but age matters far less than mindset. If you’re serious about improving your health, strength, and confidence, you’ll fit right in. We give you all the tools and resources, but we can’t do the work for you, unfortunately!
How long before I see results?
Most clients notice changes within 2–4 weeks, especially in energy, confidence, and routine. Visible physical changes usually follow within 6–8 weeks, depending on your starting point and consistency.
