I’m Jake. Active serving military, dad, and qualified coach. I know what it feels like to lose yourself… the weight creeping on, the discipline slipping, the confidence fading. It’s easy to fall off the wagon.

I also know what it takes to rebuild. Not with hacks, gimmicks, or “just work harder” slogans, but with proven systems rooted in discipline and structure.
